VGNCloud
Every VGNCloud VPS comes with one dedicated IPv4 address. It belongs to that machine. It is not shared with the next customer. It survives a reinstall. That is the whole product claim, and it is why people still pay for IPv4 in 2026.
DNS points at a number
An A record is an IPv4. If the number changes, the name is wrong until every resolver forgets the old one. On a VPS the address stays when you wipe the disk. On many shared hosts the โsiteโ is a name on someone elseโs address, and you cannot put a raw game or a custom mail stack on it.

What dedicated means here
Dedicated means this VPS answers on that address. It does not mean we invent a second address, a failover pair, or anycast. One machine, one IPv4. If you need more, ask โ it is a conversation, not a hidden line item on the sales page.
IPv6
IPv6 is useful and we will say so when a plan includes it in the live catalogue. This article will not pretend every client on the internet can reach you on v6 only. Mail, some games, and a long tail of office networks still want v4. That is why the VPS includes it.
Web hosting is different
Web hosting is a name and a panel. You point the domain at the host we give you. You do not get a machine address to run arbitrary listeners on. If you need a port that is not 80/443, you want a VPS โ or a game product on ValueGameNode, not a hidden game tile here.
The panel and the address
The CLOUD panel shows the IPv4 on the server page. That is the number you put in DNS and in ssh root@โฆ. If you cancel, the machine and the address go away together. Deleting inside the panel is not the same as cancelling billing โ read the three buttons.
