We would like to inform you that our support team will be responding to tickets a bit slower than usual during the Christmas holidays from December 23rd to December 28th.
While general inquiries might take a moment longer, we are still standing by for the big stuff. All critical issues, such as server failures or major technical breakdowns, will be addressed as soon as possible to keep your services running.
Our support team is currently busy trying to figure out if we can use wrapping paper to fix server bugs, but we’ll drop the gifts and jump back to our keyboards immediately if anything critical happens!
