Prices are per month. No setup fee, and you can cancel whenever you like. Every plan includes one dedicated IPv4 address.
The traffic figure is outbound. Incoming traffic is free and is not counted. Outbound past the allowance is €1.30 per TB, charged pro rata, and nothing is throttled or cut off when you go over. The panel shows what you have used.
Where the machines are
In the middle, not at the edge.
Finland reads as far away on a world map, and the distances say otherwise. Seventeen European capitals sit within 1,600 km of Helsinki. Saint Petersburg is 302 km away and Moscow 892, closer than Berlin. C-Lion1 comes ashore here too: 1,173 km of cable running straight down the Baltic seabed to Germany.
North America is the part people get wrong. New York is 6,618 km from Helsinki and 6,203 km from Frankfurt, so the whole Atlantic crossing costs about four milliseconds more from here than it does from the largest hub in Europe. Nobody beats physics. Helsinki simply starts closer to the floor than the map suggests.

How far that actually is
Straight-line distance from Helsinki, and the round trip light needs for it in fibre. Real routes bend and every hop costs something, so the true figure is above this one. Nothing anywhere gets under it.

A browser console straight to the machine, so a firewall rule you got wrong is not the end of the story.

Rules you set in the panel sit outside the machine, so they hold even when the machine does not.

What it is actually doing
CPU, memory, disk and network as actually measured. A gap in a line means no reading was taken, not a zero.
Questions
What does "limited availability" mean?
Limited availability. When the current capacity is taken, ordering closes until we add more.
Which operating systems can I choose?
The images offered in the panel are the ones we have verified come up reachable on their own address. An image we have not tested is not offered, because a machine that boots and answers nothing is worse than one you could not order.
Can I reinstall it myself?
Yes, from the panel, as often as you like. The disk is replaced.
What happens if I cancel?
The machine and its address are released. The address then rests before anyone else can have it, so nobody inherits your blocklist entries or your stale DNS.
Do you take backups?
Not yet. Treat the machine as yours to back up, and if that changes it will say so here rather than in a footnote.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Get in touch and we will move you. Your address and your data come with you.
What happens if I go over the traffic allowance?
You are billed €1.30 per terabyte over, pro rata, and nothing else happens. The machine is not throttled, not suspended and not cut off. Only outbound traffic counts; incoming is free. The panel shows what this month has used, so the first you hear of it is not the invoice.
Where exactly are the servers?
Helsinki, Finland. One location, under Finnish and EU law. There is no second site your data could be quietly copied to, because there is no second site.

Two rules of thumb cover almost everyone, and if neither fits yours, ask. We would rather sell you the smaller plan than have you pay for headroom you never touch.
Start from memory, not cores
Memory is what runs out first and what takes a service down when it does. Cores just make things slower. Pick the plan whose memory fits what you are running, then stop reading the other columns.
Guess low, move later
Moving up keeps your address, your data and your hostname. Nothing is reinstalled and nothing is lost, so the cost of guessing small is one message to us.
